Evan Lohr practices in the areas of estate planning, trust and estate administration, guardianships, estate litigation, and general civil litigation. Prior to forming the firm, he practiced with two other Raleigh firms. Evan has several years of experience assisting clients with estate and trust issues, and has represented clients in courthouses from Charlotte to Edenton in litigation related to estates, trusts, guardianships, real property, and personal injury. He is admitted to practice law in all North Carolina state courts as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina.
Evan earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and received his law degree from the University of Tennessee, where he served as a research assistant on the legal treatise Bogert’s Trusts and Trustees. He is also a past editor of The Administrative Lawyer, a newsletter published by the North Carolina Bar Association.
A Raleigh native, Evan is past president of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church and lives near downtown with his wife, Maggie, and their daughter, Sally.
